To support our competitive, performance-based pay practices, we make every effort to ensure that our salaries are both externally competitive and internally equitable. We also offer stock programs to enable our employees to have a stake in the company.
Cash Bonus Programs
Novellus offers several bonus programs to reward employees for their contributions to the company’s success. Our Profit Sharing Program enables employees to share in Novellus’ success through annual cash payouts that are made when we meet our profitability goals. Employees who can significantly impact Novellus’ strategic goals are eligible to participate in our Key Employee Incentive Plan. If you qualify for this plan, your bonus will be based on achievement of specific strategic and management objectives as well as on corporate financial performance.
Stock Programs
At Novellus, our employees own a stake in the company. Through Novellus’ Stock Option Plan, employees may be eligible to receive options based on their past performance and anticipated future contributions. Additionally, all employees are encouraged to enroll in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, a program that offer employees an opportunity to purchase Novellus stock at a price lower than the fair market value through convenient payroll deductions.
